New Orleans chefs to be showcased at May 10 Paul Hobbs Wine Dinner

We are very happy to announce another upcoming wine dinner at SpringHouse with another group of great friends. On Saturday, May 10, New Orleans boys Chef Stephen Stryjewski and Chef Ryan Prewett will be cooking alongside Chef Rob to prepare some excellent dishes. The wine pairings will be handled by Sam Fonte, our newly Certified Sommelier, and Craig Elliot of Paul Hobbs Imports.

Heavy hitters
Chef Stephen Stryjewski comes to us from Cochon restaurant and is the Winner of the 2011 James Beard Foundation “Best Chef: South” Award. Beginning his career in San Francisco, Chef Ryan Prewitt of Pêche was recently selected as a finalist for the 2014 James Beard Foundation “Best Chef: South” Award. Pêche was also selected as a 2014 James Beard Finalist for “Best New Restaurant.”

We look forward to hosting these amazing culinary talents and having another excellent wine dinner here at SpringHouse! Based on resounding recent responses, we are working to make wine dinners a more regular event!
