The Food Network went in search of the best taco in every state, and Kowaliga Restaurant’s Grilled Catfish Tacos snagged the brass ring for Alabama. Kowaliga’s tacos, sometimes served fried, have been a huge hit since appearing on the menu at the restaurant’s reopening. Chef Russ Bodner serves them up as an appetizer, dressed with chipotle tartar sauce, slaw, a feisty roasted jalapeno, cilantro and lime. Come by boat or by car and enjoy a couple of them with something cool on a warm summer day!

Lunch: Wednesday through Sunday - 11am to 2pm.
Limited Midday Menu served 2-5pm Saturday.
Dinner: Wednesday through Saturday - 5-9pm
