Summer at Lake Martin simply wouldn’t be complete without the great concerts at The Amp. This year is no different. Event staff has been working tirelessly to bring the best artists to the stage for your enjoyment this summer. So, grab your camp chairs or a blanket and something cool to drink, and join us on the soft grass of The Amp this summer!

Southern Music Fest at The Amp
Sunday, May 27

We’re kicking off the summer with a punch as The Amp once again welcomes Blackberry Smoke to Lake Martin. The Southern Rock/Country fusion of Blackberry Smoke will be joined by singer/songwriter Will Hoge, Southeast favorite Moon Taxi and others.

Alexander City Jazz Fest

An Alex City/Lake Martin mainstay, the Alexander City Jazz Fest is a jammin’ two-night music celebration. The artist lineup is taking shape and Saturday night at The Amp will be headlined by multicultural funk and soul group Robert Randolph and the Family Band. Fourth of July Blast

There’s nothing like the Fourth of July at Lake Martin. Once again, Russell Lands On Lake Martin presents one of the biggest fireworks extravaganzas in the Southeast coupled with great music and a family atmosphere. Come and enjoy the show with musical guests Nationwide Coverage and Eat A Peach.  And get yourself limbered up for the Twist and Hula Hoop contests too!

AMPalooza

This year AquaPalooza moves to The Amp for AMPalooza – a great summer concert featuring The Charlie Daniels Band! CDB will be joined by regional favorites The Vegabonds and Alex City singer/ songwriter Rexton Lee.

Labor Day Weekend Concert

Most folks know the Labor Day Weekend Concert is usually the most anticipated of the summer season. This year will be no different. We’re cooking up arrangements with some great artists and have high hopes for a killer show, but we can’t tell you until the ink is on the dotted line.
