New Year's Eve with some of California's greatest wines

When New Year’s Eve rolls around, we always like to try to do something special and unique at SpringHouse to make the night really memorable. It's the last night of the year, and it just seems right to go out with some kind of a bang. Well, the end of 2015 will definitely get its 'bang' here at SpringHouse with a dinner featuring wines from California's revered DuMOL. 

DuMOL is a winery that is noted for producing some of the greatest Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Syrah in California. With a focus on farming, Andy Smith is able to make wines that "speak for themselves." This is the reason that there is no website, no advertisements or really any type of self-promotion from the winery. The wines do their part, and they speak with a highly coveted grace. 

A rare opportunity
The wait list to be a member of the winery's pre-release is long, and we don't think that you can find much of this juice for retail sale either. It is highly allocated, hard to find and, upon your first sip, easy to understand why that is the case.

Carefully paired cuisine
We will be pouring four selections from the winery, and Chef Rob is putting a menu together to compliment the craft and care that's taken to create these outstanding wines. It is a privilege that we have been able to partner with DuMOL wines to create a one-of-a-kind New Year's Eve dinner. We hope that you can join us. 

Doors open at 6pm with Champagne and passed hors d'oeuvres, dinner begins at 7pm. Food, wine, tax and gratuity are included in the $250.
