"Back to school? Have a little class!"
This month’s wildlife presentations will examine how Russell Forest residents are officially classified. Participants of all ages will learn more about the features each creature possesses that cause it to be considered and grouped in a certain way. These groupings influence the study of the animal as well as its place in our minds. Participants of all ages will brush-up on their biology lessons as we study specimens from collections such as reptile, amphibian, bird, mammal and insect. You will be surprised to learn the sheer number of individual species that make up these groupings here in Russell Forest. Live animals – bring your camera. No charge – everyone is welcome!

If you have questions for Marianne, she can be contacted at 256.496.2710 or [email protected].
