Residents and visitors alike are usually surprised how the quality of life at Russell Lands On Lake Martin differs from other places on Lake Martin. One resident speaks out about their experience and Russell Lands' steadfast commitment to this beautiful place.

“We are from Columbus, GA and originally wanted to build on the Columbus side of Lake Martin.  After searching that area of the lake, we could not resist exploring the Russell Lands On Lake Martin neighborhoods.  We discovered our perfect lot in The Ridge.  Additionally, plans Russell Lands had already put in motion exceeded our wildest expectations.

“Having completed our dream lake home in The Ridge in 2006, we have seen an incredible amount of investment in our community by Russell Lands.  Our Ridge neighborhood enjoys a fabulous clubhouse with swimming pools, tennis courts, a fitness facility, and a great place to gather as a community to celebrate great times here at Lake Martin.

“When I say Russell Lands exceeded our wildest expectations, their investment in this area during these economic times shows the commitment to this community for the long haul.  They haven’t slowed down at all.  I would never have imagined how plans would have fallen into place so quickly for Russell Crossroads, which only a short while ago seemed only like a wild dream.   Russell Crossroads has now become a destination for us when we come to the lake.  We now have Catherine’s Market, the SpringHouse restaurant and the Discovery Center showcasing Russell Lands On Lake Martin and the history of Lake Martin itself.
