Relive the Phenomena of AquaPalooza on Lake Martin
Premieres Friday, September 4, 7pm Central on CMT
Words can barely describe the huge July 25 raft-up and all-day concert event headlined by Alan Jackson. If you were there, you already know. If you weren’t, you missed one heck of a lake party. But you can still experience – or relive -- this awesome event. Country Music Television (CMT) taped the entire day and has produced a 90-minute Labor Day special – AquaPalooza on Lake Martin. Don’t miss what all the buzz was about! The special will also air on CMT Saturday and Sunday mornings at 8:30 Central. For a taste of what it was like, visit the AquaPalooza photo galleries.
Get Back to Nature with a Guided Nature Tour or Wildlife Presentation

Guided Nature Tours through Russell Forest and free Wildlife Presentations at Russell Crossroads will be conducted by Russell Lands On Lake Martin Naturalist, Marianne Hudson, on Saturday and Sunday mornings. Learn more! >
Rock Out at the Amphitheater with Sister Hazel
Sunday, September 6, gates open at 5pm, concert at 7pm
Pack it in for the last blowout of the summer this Labor Day weekend as Russell Lands On Lake Martin presents headliner Sister Hazel in concert at the Lake Martin Amphitheater.
Almost a Labor Day tradition, Sister Hazel has closed out the summer on Lake Martin for the past three years with an unbelievable crowd and a tremendous show. Opening for Sister Hazel this year will be Trotline. Trotline has become one of the most popular "country/southern rock" bands in the Southeast. So bring your cooler and a chair or blanket, kick off your shoes and enjoy a rockin’ night of entertainment on the lake.
Tickets are $20.00. Children 6 and under will be admitted free. Tickets may be purchased through Ticketmaster at www.ticketmaster.com or at the Lake Martin Amphitheater gate. Visit our website at www.lmat.org for more information.
