Russell Marine rocks
the Birmingham Boat Show

The 45th annual Birmingham Boat Show at the BJCC was a huge success despite the presence of light flurries and cold temperatures. The show attracted over 22,000 boating enthusiasts from the surrounding areas, such as Logan Martin, Smith Lake, Lake Guntersville and our very own Lake Martin.

The Russell Marine team starting building the booth Monday, January 18, hanging signage, delivering boats and building ramps and walkways to prepare for the show’s kickoff Thursday, January 21. Although the show is a lot of work to setup, the team could not be more proud of the final product.

The exhibit consisted of nine Godfrey Pontoon Boats, four Nautiques, eight Sea Rays, nine Sea-Doos, plus three Sea-Doo Sparks, a fully stocked pro shop and numerous displays and televisions. Pro Rider JD Webb was onsite signing autographs and promoting the sport of wakeboarding which drew a large crowd to the booth.

The show was a great way to start the season and is sure to be the kickoff of a great year.  Check out a recap of the show here….
