Russell Lands introduces a new "instant classic"

Over the last several years we have worked with the best architects in the region to produce ideal lake homes for our neighborhoods. One of the most popular new styles has been the Arts and Crafts-inspired designs by Newnan, Georgia, architect Mitch Ginn and built by Classic Homes and other approved builders. These designs were first introduced in 2008, and over the last three years, we have worked to refine these designs. 

Part of the process has been combining the comments from those who purchased the newly constructed homes, as well as those who purchased homesites and engaged Mitch to produce custom designs. This new style has been built, or is being built, in specially designated sections of The Ridge and in Willow Glynn. With each progression of the concept, you can see the evolution in style, use, materials and décor.

The latest version is, we believe, one of the best of this series. The home, being built by Classic Homes, is located in the South Estates section of The Ridge. You owe it to yourself to see this new ideal lake home taking shape. Careful planning for lake life is being delivered in this crafty, Creole influenced Arts and Crafts cottage.
