Join Sinatra and friends for a romantic dinner Feb. 12 & 13
It’s Valentine’s season again, and reports have it that Cupid is stringing his bow and has made reservations at SpringHouse Friday and Saturday, Feb. 12 and 13, for a romantic evening of amore. Join us for an enchanting evening to celebrate this very special day. What better place than SpringHouse, near the warmth of the roaring hearth, to connect with that very special person? Chef Rob McDaniel has prepared a special menu and will have the music of Sinatra and friends wafting through the beams.
Start your evening with a selection or two from our list of starters, perhaps accompanied by a great bottle of wine from our reserve list. The charcuterie and cheese plates lend themselves to sharing with no fork required. You’re encouraged to enjoy them while you enjoy each other. And what would set the tone for a passionate evening better than—ah hem—oysters?
As the crooners coax you toward the main course, may we suggest the Pompano, Snapper or Flounder? They’re the best we’ve seen, and always come straight to us from the Gulf. Or maybe the Lamb Shank Risotto could provide the warm, homey comfort you seek. If it’s pure animal satisfaction you crave, our wildly popular 16-ounce, hearth-grilled Bone-In Ribeye will take you there.
Please join us for a memorable evening with Old Blue Eyes and everything your heart and palate desire. Seating is limited. Reservations are highly recommended, and can be made by calling SpringHouse at 256.215.7080.
